Product Overview

FusionCharge Energy Storage is a complete all-in-one system that combines battery storage, PCS (Power Conversion System) and intelligent energy management in a single unit. The system is specially designed to integrate with charging infrastructure and solves the challenge of limited grid capacity. The system consists of 4 battery packs with a total of 215 kWh LFP batteries (lithium iron phosphate) providing long life and high safety. The integrated 108 kW PCS can both charge the batteries from the grid during off-peak hours and quickly deliver power to the charging stations when needed. Intelligent energy management optimizes when batteries are charged and discharged based on electricity price, grid load and forecasted charging demand. This can reduce both peak power and electricity costs by up to 30-50%. The system supports 0.5C charge/discharge, meaning the entire capacity can be filled in 2 hours or delivered in 2 hours. With a round-trip efficiency of 91.3%, energy losses are minimal. The robust construction with IP55 rating and hybrid air cooling is built for Nordic conditions with operating temperature from -30°C to +55°C. The system is equipped with multiple safety layers including automatic fire gas ventilation, roof explosion vent and aerosol fire suppression. With Modbus TCP communication, the system integrates seamlessly with existing charging infrastructure and monitoring systems. The built-in BMS (Battery Management System) monitors each individual cell and ensures optimal performance and safety.
